50 technicians trained and certified through the ITEC Academy program

ITEC SARLU's Training & Outsourcing department celebrates the certification of its first cohort of electrical and construction technicians.
Under the leadership of Mrs. Zizina Kassikiya, the ITEC Academy program has trained 50 qualified technicians, ready to enter the workforce in the construction and electrical sectors. These training programs combine theory with hands-on field experience, in partnership with the group's ongoing projects.
This program is part of ITEC's mission to contribute to human capital development in the DRC, with the goal of training over 100 technicians per year by 2027.
